To ensure the purity and integrity of our herbal extracts for all customers, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products. All sales are considered final once the product packaging has been opened.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@herbalpouch.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue and the outer packaging.
Refunds
Upon verification of a damaged or incorrect delivery, we will offer:

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if the product has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the shipment notification is sent, the order cannot be cancelled.
